Tsai Lim has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in client services and operations management. At Convergys, from March 2008 to August 2010, Tsai held multiple roles, including Site Director & Account Director and Senior Operations Manager. Following that, positions included Site Operations Director at STARTEK from 2015 to 2016 and Site Operations Director at The Results Companies from May 2016 to June 2017. Tsai served as Operations Director at Accenture from November 2017 to March 2019, before taking on the role of Site Director & Head of Customer Care for both Zepz and WorldRemit in April 2019, a position that continues to the present. Tsai Lim holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of the Philippines and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Southern Philippines.
