Fisnik Shpuza

Fisnik Shpuza is a skilled technology leader with extensive experience in workflow automation, enterprise architecture, and software development. Currently serving as the Director of Workflow Automation at AARP since September 2015, Fisnik also co-founded Zerapy in December 2019 and occupies the role of Interim CTO at cirqil starting January 2024. Previously, Fisnik held the position of IT Solutions Manager at NII Holdings, Inc. from October 2010 to September 2014, where responsibilities included mobile and web application architecture. Additionally, Fisnik served as a Senior IT Consultant at Nexius and has a strong background as a Lead Developer and Senior Software Developer, contributing to significant projects for Qualcomm and T-Mobile. Fisnik holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Master’s Degree in Information Systems and Technology Management from The George Washington University.
