Shuoqing Yan is an experienced pastry chef currently serving as the Pastry Chef of Hanabi Cakes at ZERO& since November 2020. Previously, Shuoqing owned and operated TheShineWithin Patisserie from February 2018 to November 2020 and worked as a Pastry Cook at Rosewood Sand Hill from February 2015 to February 2016, where responsibilities included pastry production and service at Madera restaurant. Earlier experience includes roles as a Front of House Server and Pastry Cook at The Dining Room in late 2014, and an internship at Craftsman and Wolves from September 2013 to March 2014. Education includes an Associate of Applied Science in Baking and Pastry from Kendall College, a Master of Science in Knowledge and Information System Management from the University of Southampton, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronic and Information Engineering from Capital Normal University.
