Mark Chapman is the founder and CEO of Zero Carbon Forum, a non-profit organization that drives collaborative action among over 40 hospitality operators to measure, report and reduce carbon emissions and improve profitability. They are the CEO and founder of Zero Carbon Services, which designs and implements plans to net zero for the food and drink industry, with a client base that includes leading brands representing 35% of the sector and about 35,000 locations. They previously held roles including Commercial Director at ttMobiles (2005–2010) and Commercial Manager at Cable & Wireless Worldwide (2000–2005). They earned a Bachelor of Science in Management Science (2:1) from The University of Manchester.
