Engineering Software Immunity for the AI Era.

At Zero-Defect, we don’t just test software; we deliver Software Immunity. In a world of AI-driven development (Vibe Coding), we are the engineering rigor that ensures velocity never compromises your revenue.

Founded in 2004 as a high-tech spin-off and now headquartered in Edmonton, Canada, with a high-performance execution hub in Porto Alegre, Brazil, we bridge 20 years of architectural discipline with frontier technology. Our proprietary engine, OCT (Autonomous Quality Technology) to transform QA from a bottleneck into an autonomous competitive advantage.

What Makes Us Different:

AQE (Autonomous Quality Engineering): We replace slow, manual processes with Grounded AI agents that perceive business intent, not just code selectors.

OCT – The Grounded AI Engine: Our AMII-backed technology synthesizes test suites 90% faster and features Self-Healing capabilities that slash maintenance debt by 80%.

Tech-Enabled Service: We provide elite specialists who produce the output of two professionals by leveraging OCT to automate the "braçal" coding, focusing 100% on your business logic.

Scalability Convergence: We eliminate silos by natively pivoting functional tests into massive-scale Locust-native simulations.

Who We Protect:
We specialize in high-stakes ecosystems including Enterprise E-commerce (VTEX/SAP), AgTech (SimpleFarm/GAtec), Fintech, and mission-critical legacy platforms.

Initialize Protocol: Reduce release risk. Protect your conversion. Scale without fear.
