Dan Altschuler

Dan Altschuler is a food systems investor, founder, board member, mentor, and speaker dedicated to transforming the global food supply through sustainability and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as Managing Partner and Co-Founder at Unovis Asset Management, they focus on investing in early-stage disruptors in the food industry. Dan has held various board and advisory roles, including positions with Alpha Foods, Black Sheep Foods, and Zero Egg, among others. They are pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Babson College and have a Bachelor of Science from Universidad IberoAmericana. Additionally, Dan is involved with the Google Food Lab, collaborating to innovate food systems for the benefit of people and the planet.
