Travis Winstead

Travis Winstead has had a wide range of work experiences in various roles. Travis worked as a Solar Energy Consultant for Sunrun and has currently joined Zero Energy. Prior to this, they have also worked as a Field Sales Representative for Sucampo Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and as a Northeast Regional Manager and Regional Sales Consultant for Prestige Medical LLC. Travis has also worked as a Contractor for OnCall-LLC, a Cart Attendant for Nags Head Golf Links, and as a Server for Tale of the Whale. Travis started their career as a Substitute Teacher and Assistant Basketball Coach for Dare County Schools and later became a semi-professional basketball player for Carolina Cougarz. Additionally, they also worked as a Personal Trainer where they provided individual basketball lessons.

Travis Winstead earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Health and Physical Education/Fitness from Methodist University from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they attended Chowan University from 2004 to 2006, where they studied Health and Physical Education/Fitness but did not earn a degree.
