Josh Bishman

Josh Bishman currently serves as the Director of Operations at Zero-Max, Inc. Since September 2022, Josh has leveraged extensive experience in operational management across multiple industries, including leadership roles at Aftermarket Performance Group and Pace Industries, LLC. Prior achievements include improving productivity and efficiency, managing facility expansions, and developing innovative planning tools. With a strong background in manufacturing engineering, Josh has effectively overseen large teams, directed program launches, and maintained strong customer relationships. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from the University of Minnesota Duluth and a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
