Currently serving as Lead Talent Partner at Zero Point Motion, Naoise builds hiring infrastructure and leads full-cycle hiring for technical and non-technical roles. Previously, Naoise held senior roles at Bossa Games, where they oversaw HR operations across the UK and Europe, and at DIGIT Game Studios, where they led recruitment efforts in the gaming industry. They hold a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business and Spanish from Technological University Dublin and have studied Business Administration and Management at Universidad de Murcia.
