Jennyfer Jackson is an experienced operations professional with a background in customer service and team leadership. Currently serving as Operations Team Lead and Subject Matter Expert at Zero Variance since May 2019, Jennyfer has also held roles as a Customer Service Representative. Prior to this, Jennyfer worked at STARTEK from June 2013 to December 2018, where positions included Operations Supervisor and Retail Support Associate. Academically, Jennyfer holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Project Management from EUDE Business School, completed in July 2023, and a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from Universidad de San Pedro Sula, earned in 2019.
