Matt Friedlander has worked in the visual effects industry since 2010. Matt began their career as a Production Intern at Nickelodeon Animation Studios, followed by a role as an Art Department PA at HBO. Matt then held positions as a Background Painter and Matte Painter at Nickelodeon Animation Studios, Relevant VFX, Brainstorm Digital, and Svengali FX. In 2013, they became a Matte Painter at Method Studios, and in 2015 they were promoted to VFX Art Director and Matte Painter / Jr Art Director at ZERO VFX.
Matt Friedlander attended the University of Southern California from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a BA in Animation and Digital Arts.
