Adam Ciesielski

Adam Ciesielski has over 20 years of experience in engineering and project management. Adam held the position of Director of Engineering at Zero Zone from 2012, where they effectively managed and controlled engineering matters and provided general direction and support to the Engineering Department. Prior to that, from 2006 to 2012, Adam worked at Thermal Care, Inc. as the Director of Engineering, where they managed daily and long-range engineering activities and mentored departmental resources. Adam also served as a Principal Mechanical Engineer at Thermal Care, Inc. from 2006 to 2010, responsible for technical leadership and project management in design and development of industrial cooling products. Before joining Thermal Care, Inc., Adam worked as a Project Engineer at Bahnson Environmental Specialties, LLC from 2003 to 2006, where they designed refrigeration systems and environmental chambers with tight temperature and humidity control. Adam also worked as a Project Engineer at Thermal Care, Inc. from 1998 to 2003, designing standard and custom chillers and working closely with manufacturing.

Adam Ciesielski obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where they studied from 1996 to 1998.
