Mike Constant

Mike Constant is an experienced Lean Manufacturing Engineer currently working at Zero Zone since November 2012, where responsibilities include developing and implementing Lean methodologies and training employees. Prior roles include Lean Leader at Pentair Technical Products, where Mike facilitated numerous kaizen events and drove significant improvements in on-time delivery, productivity, and space reduction, and Industrial Engineer at Boston Scientific, achieving notable gains in productivity and cost savings through Lean conversions. Earlier experience includes positions at McLean Thermal, Swisslog, Mile High Equipment Co, Tetra Pak, and Hoffman Engineering, focusing on manufacturing engineering, process improvements, and Lean principles. Mike holds a BS in Industrial Technology from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and has completed various internal and external Lean training programs.
