Jae P.

Jae P. has a long and varied work experience, beginning in 2005 when they became a Certified Instructor for Church's Martial Arts. In 2010, they became a Computing Assistant for UCSD, followed by an Engineering Intern for Solar Turbines in 2011. In the same year, they also became a Teaching Assistant for Business Project Management at the Rady School of Management. From 2012 to 2014, Jae P. held various roles at Nokia, including Mechanical Design Engineer I, Mechanical Design Engineer II, and Mechanical Engineering Intern. In 2014, they moved on to become a Product Design Engineer at Amazon Lab126 and a Mechanical Design Engineer II at Microsoft (acquired Nokia). In 2015, they became a Mechanical Design Engineer (acquired by Fossil Group) at Misfit Wearables, and in 2017 they co-founded zero5.

Jae P. graduated from UC San Diego in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
