Ben Tarver has a diverse work experience in the engineering field. Ben is currently employed at ZeroAvia as the Lead Turbomachinery Engineer. Prior to this role, they held positions as the Senior Turbomachinery Engineer and Turbomachinery Engineer at the same company. Before joining ZeroAvia, Ben worked at Arrival as a Development Engineer, focusing on Hydrogen Fuel Cell Systems, and later as a Senior Design Consultant in Thermal Systems. Ben also gained experience as a Senior Engineer and Design Engineer at Dyson, and as a Senior R&D Engineer at Finima Innovations. Additionally, Ben gained research experience as a Postdoctoral Research Engineer at the Ability R&D Energy Research Centre, City University of Hong Kong, where they focused on tidal energy projects. Ben also holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Cranfield School of Management, completed from 2009 to 2010.
