Diane Smith

Diane Smith possesses extensive experience in talent management and learning and development, having held impactful positions across multiple organizations. At Babcock International Group, Diane served as Talent and Training Manager and later as Head of Talent, Learning & Development from November 2010 to March 2013. Prior to that role, Diane was the Group Learning and Development Manager and Head of Learning & Development at Connaught PLC from January 2010 to September 2010. Currently, Diane works as a Talent, Learning & Development Consultant at ZeroAvia, a position held since November 2022.
