Evie Prete is a seasoned Hardware Program Manager and Salary Negotiation Coach, blending a robust background in mechanical engineering with a passion for sustainability and continuous improvement. They have held various engineering and managerial roles, including as a Manufacturing Engineer at Coastal Connections, where they significantly improved product yields and reduced inventory costs. At Blue Origin, Evie worked on improving manufacturing processes for commercial space flight, further enhancing their project management skills. Currently, they serve as a Senior Project Manager at ZeroAvia while also operating their own ecommerce business, Mala Mujer Fightwear, dedicated to empowering the Latina community.
