Mark Shere

Mark Shere is currently the Deputy Chief Engineer at ZeroAvia, where they have been since 2024. Prior to this role, they served as an Advanced Lead Engineer at GE Aerospace from 2019 to 2023, focusing on electrical distribution systems for business jets and other aerospace applications. Mark also held various engineering positions at GE Aerospace, including Lead Systems Engineer and Junior Systems Engineer, where they contributed to system architecture, verification, and technology development. Mark’s educational background includes a First Class BEng (Hons) in Electronics Engineering from the University of the West of England, as well as various qualifications in operations engineering and electronics from Gloucestershire College and Cirencester College.
