Matt Pates

Matt Pates is currently a Hydrogen Infrastructure Program Manager at ZeroAvia, where they lead the strategic planning and implementation of hydrogen fueling solutions for sustainable aviation. With a strong background in project management and experience in the military, they excel in managing cross-functional teams and fostering strategic partnerships to promote zero-emission flight. Previously, Matt held various positions at ZeroAvia and served in the Air Force, where they developed leadership skills and a disciplined problem-solving approach. They hold an NVQ Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship in Aeronautical Engineering and are pursuing a Level 5 Apprenticeship in Transformational Leadership.
