Oli Henstridge has a diverse work experience, starting in 2014 with Solarcentury as an Assistant Project Manager and later transitioning to the role of Project Developer. In 2016, Henstridge joined The Crown Estate as a Contract Manager, where they oversaw the creation and implementation of offshore wind farm extensions and negotiated wind farm and OFTO AfLs and Leases. Following this, in 2017, Henstridge joined Rolls-Royce as a Senior Commercial Officer, responsible for managing strategic partnerships, negotiating contracts, and developing procurement strategies for civil aerospace engine programs. In 2020, Henstridge transitioned to the role of Global Commodity Manager - Complex Machining within Rolls-Royce before moving to their current position as Commercial Director at ZeroAvia, where they focus on scaling the commercial function and establishing a graduate program.
Oli Henstridge completed a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in Law from Swansea University in 2013. Before that, Oli attended Abingdon School from 2002 to 2009. In 2014, Oli pursued a Master's degree in Sustainable Development from the University of Surrey.
