Daniela Gavanescu

Daniela Gavanescu currently serves as Vice President at the European Union of Women Romania since October 2022 and as HR Business Partner at ZeroBounce.net since February 2021. Previously, Daniela held roles such as Group People Business Partner at M247 Europe and HR Business Partner SEE at AUTO1 Group, where responsibilities included talent management, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness. With experience in various HR functions across several companies, Daniela has developed capabilities in employee relations, onboarding, leadership development, and employee satisfaction. Daniela began a career in human resources as a Recruitment Consultant at Blue Projects Romania and gained foundational experience as a Flight Attendant at Wizz Air. Daniela holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from The Nicolae Titulescu University of Bucharest.
