Tanja Dalgaard

Tanja Ebbe Dalgaard serves as the Chief Strategy & Operations Officer at Mærsk Mc-Kinney Møller Center for Zero Carbon Shipping since July 2021, overseeing partnerships, funding, finance, IT, legal, program management, and sustainability initiatives. Additional roles include Head of Partnerships, Funding & Commercialization at Odfjell SE, and Non-Executive Board Member positions at CleanWorld Holding and NRG Models. Previously, Tanja held significant leadership roles at INEOS, including Executive Director of INEOS Energy UK and Denmark, and senior positions at DONG Energy, focusing on the exploration, development, and production of oil and gas assets. Tanja holds a Master of Science in Geology from Aarhus University and various executive education credentials from prestigious institutions.
