Jen Carroll

Jen Carroll is an experienced consultant and entrepreneur specializing in experience research and strategy. Currently serving as an Experience Research & Strategy Consultant at ZeroDegrees Inc since August 2021, Jen also owns Twin Coves Media LLC, a position held since October 2016. Previous roles include Experience Design Consultant at Mad*Pow from September 2007 to October 2016 and at PJA Advertising + Marketing from November 2013 to October 2015. Early experience includes a co-op position in the Human Factors Division at the Volpe Center from February 2006 to March 2007. Jen Carroll earned a BS in Engineering Psychology, graduating Magna Cum Laude from Tufts University in 2007, and holds a Classics Diploma from Phillips Exeter Academy, obtained in 2003.
