Michael Hawley

Michael Hawley is an experienced professional in experience strategy and research, currently serving as Vice President of Experience Strategy & Research at ZeroDegrees Inc since January 2021. Previously, Michael held the position of Adjunct Professor at Bentley University from January 2017 to January 2023 and was Chief Design Officer at Mad*Pow from July 2007 to April 2020. Additional leadership roles include President of the NH Usability Professionals Association from January 2009 to December 2012 and Usability Project Manager at Staples, Inc. Michael has a strong background in usability consulting and product management, with earlier positions at organizations such as MEDITECH and Beacon Partners. Michael earned a Master of Science in Human Factors in Information Design from Bentley University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Cellular and Molecular Biology from the University of Michigan.
