Bob Rizzo

Bob Rizzo has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Most recently, they served as the Director of Customer Experience at ZeroFox starting in 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Product Marketing Director at EasyVista from 2020 to 2022, where they focused on product evangelism and driving revenues. From 2016 to 2019, Bob worked at Benefitfocus, first as an Account Executive for Strategic Accounts, and later as the Carrier Account General Manager. In these roles, they closed large accounts and managed strategic client partnerships. Before that, Bob was the Director of Sales & Account Management at SunView Software, Inc., where they built and managed a successful sales team. Bob also served as the Vice President of Account Management & Sales at Consumer Health Technologies, where they launched a new CRM software solution and turned around underperforming customer projects. Bob's earlier experience includes roles at Citrix Systems, Inc. as the Director of Operations - Technical Support, at JG Publishing as the Vice President/Co-owner, and at AT&T as an Account Manager in Commercial Markets. Overall, Bob brings a wealth of experience in sales, account management, and customer experience to their work.

Bob Rizzo attended the University of Miami Herbert Business School from 1986 to 1990, where they obtained a BBA degree in Business Management and Organization. In 2010, they briefly attended Florida Atlantic University to study Project Management but did not obtain a degree.
