Catherine Mudge

Catherine Mudge has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2012, they worked as an Accounts Payable and Receivable Clerk at Victory Packaging, managing delinquent accounts and processing invoices for national and international vendors. In 2013, they became an Assistant Production Editor at Rowman & Littlefield Publishing Group. In 2015, they joined Wolters Kluwer Health as a Journal Production Editor, where they managed the production and distribution of annual print, online, and mobile journal issues. Catherine also communicated with authors and editorial offices, managed production schedules, and facilitated customer meetings. Catherine then moved on to Victory Packaging as a Customer Service Advocate, handling order data, customer complaints, and improving service quality. At Cision, they worked as a Mid-Market Customer Support Coordinator and later as a Mid-Market Professional Services Consultant, configuring systems, providing training, and managing implementation cases. Their most recent position is with ZeroFox, where they started as a Launch Consultant and then took on roles as a Technical Account Manager, Manager of Technical Account Management, and currently as the Director of Customer Enablement.

Catherine Mudge obtained a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature, General from Towson University, completing their education from 2008 to 2012.
