Customer Success Manager

Jordan Forman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success, project management, and program management. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at ZeroFox, Jordan manages data breach response engagements and customer implementations. Prior to this, Jordan held various roles in the US Army, managing a large-scale department and overseeing numerous projects with substantial budgets. Jordan's experience also includes a Corporate Fellowship at F&A International, driving successful investor acquisitions, and serving as a Learning Assistant at Penn State University. With a Bachelor of Science in Security and Risk Analysis and a Master's in Organizational Leadership, Jordan brings a strong analytical and leadership background to all endeavors.
