Sophy James

Sophy James is a seasoned professional in customer success and program leadership, currently serving as the Senior Director of Customer Intelligence at ZeroFox. Previously, Sophy held various managerial roles at Dealerware, including Customer Success Program Manager and Manager of Strategic Projects & Programs, following their time as Program Coordinator at the University of Warwick - WMG. They began their career as a Teacher in the Austin Independent School District and earned a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Florida State University, followed by a Master of Philosophy in Education from the University of Cambridge.
