Wil Killip

Wil Killip is a Mechanical Design Engineer with extensive experience in various engineering roles. Currently, at ZeroJet since March 2023, Wil leads the development of a pioneering 48V electric outboard motor with the highest power-to-weight ratio in its class. Prior experience includes serving as a Mechanical Engineering Technician at kanDO Innovation Limited, where Wil contributed to the innovative Guardian Bandsaw project, and as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Indepthskincare, focusing on the design and commissioning of production machinery for skincare. Additionally, Wil held the role of Innovation and R&D Engineer at Dempsey Wood Civil and worked at ALIVE FOODS LIMITED as a Mechanical Engineer, managing projects related to food production machinery. Wil holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Auckland.
