Dave Mcnab

Dave McNab has over 30 years of work experience in various roles related to hardware engineering and technical leadership. Dave is currently working as the VP Systems at ZeroKey Inc. since February 2023. Before that, they held the position of VP Hardware Engineering at the same company from February 2020 to January 2023. Prior to their time at ZeroKey Inc., Dave was the Director of Hardware Engineering at 4iiii Innovations Inc. from November 2013 to February 2020. In this role, they managed the hardware team, oversaw product development in various industries, coordinated certifications, and mentored the group. Before that, Dave served as the Chief Technical Officer at Puracom Inc. from October 2007 to September 2013, where they provided contract design services. Dave has held various technical roles in other companies such as Nexaira Inc., Wireless Endeavors Inc., Novatel Wireless Inc., Novatel Communications Ltd, and Raytheon Canada.

Dave McNab attended Streetsville Secondary School from 1970 to 1975, where they earned a diploma in Math and Science. Dave then pursued higher education at the University of Waterloo from 1975 to 1981, obtaining a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Electrical Engineering.
