Ryan Johnson

Ryan Johnson, CPA, currently serves as the CFO of ZeroMar while also providing fractional CFO and strategic advisory services as a self-employed consultant. With extensive experience as CFO at various founder-led and PE/venture-backed companies, they have guided businesses through economic challenges and growth phases, leading to successful exits. Ryan has expertise in M&A, financial modeling, budgeting, and compliance, among other areas, and has managed teams ranging from one to twenty-five individuals. An alumnus of the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, Ryan holds a BS in Accounting and Information Systems. Outside of their professional endeavors, Ryan is an avid sailor and boater.
