Karan Mehta

Karan Mehta is an experienced early-stage investor currently working at New York Ventures, a $175M venture fund focused on supporting founders serving the public interest. Since November 2023, Karan has been involved in various investment roles, including significant contributions to companies such as Exodys Energy, ZeroMark, Inc., Benny, and Correcto. Prior to New York Ventures, Karan was an early-stage investor at Octopus Ventures from March 2018 to August 2023, where investments ranged from $1M to $25M. Karan's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Fordham University and additional studies at the University of Sydney and the Gemological Institute of America.
