Ken Benson

Ken Benson has worked in the IT industry for over 20 years. Ken began their career in 1995 as Vice President of Teris Consulting Services at StorageTek, where they started and grew the IT professional services division into a global business unit in less than two years. In 1997, they moved to PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as Director of High Technology Industry Marketing, where they exceeded all industry sales and revenue targets. In 2003, they became Managing Partner at The East Bay Group, responsible for building and implementing the consulting services organization model. In 2004, they joined ZeroNines Technology as Vice President of Services and Technical Advisory Board Member, providing business strategy, market analysis, product and service marketing go to market strategies, and technical advice and counsel to executive leadership. In 2010, they became Principal at Sandpiper Data Systems, delivering client engagements that consolidated data center operations and saved millions in overhead costs. In 2013, they held the roles of Vice President of Services at ZeroDown Software and Principal | Consulting, Professional and IT Services at Business Performance Partners. In 2017, they worked as Senior Project Manager at Pacific Gas and Electric Company, and in 2018 they worked as Senior Project Manager Contract at Bank of the West. Ken currently works as Senior Project Manager at Blue Shield of California.

Ken Benson attended the University of California, Irvine - The Paul Merage School of Business, where they earned an MBA in Finance and Accounting. Ken also attended Whitman College, where they earned a BA in American Studies.
