Zeroo Degrees is building the network around the non-university route.

University gives young people more than a qualification. It gives them a network, careers support and a route the world already understands. Those who choose differently are often expected to build all of that alone.

We bring together ambitious young people, schools, employers and role models to change that.

Schools: Practical careers sessions helping pupils understand every route available after sixth form and make better-informed decisions about what comes next.

Employers: Connecting companies with high-potential young people who are judged on their ability, initiative and experience, not simply their qualifications.

Spotlight: Bringing the real stories of successful founders, athletes and creators into schools and online.

Community: Helping ambitious young people meet the right people, build their networks and access opportunities.

University is right for some. It just shouldn’t be the only route with a network behind it.
