Zerowatt Industrial Energy Intelligence System

Industrial facilities waste ~30 % of the energy they buy.
Why does so much waste persist? Two root causes dominate:
	•	Invisibility of consumption – Energy flows are scattered across hundreds of machines, utilities and control systems, making real-time tracking and control exceptionally hard.
	•	Expertise gap – Even when data exists, few plant personnel can interpret high-frequency energy, process and power-quality signals to diagnose the specific inefficiencies, leaving companies dependent on snapshot audits of varying quality.

With regulators and investors tightening decarbonisation demands, efficiency is the fastest, lowest-capex lever available—far sooner than alternatives like green hydrogen or CCUS.

Zerowatt is an IoT- and AI-powered Energy Intelligence System. Unlike conventional monitoring tools that merely display numbers, Zerowatt’s embedded intelligence works like a world-class energy expert—continuously analysing every data point, 24 × 7, to surface energy-waste hotspots, detect emerging maintenance issues and prescribe the precise actions needed to eliminate them.
	•	High-resolution data from power, water, steam and key process assets feed a proprietary blend of rule-based analytics and machine-learning models.
	•	Role-based recommendations turn insights into clear, step-by-step actions for operators, engineers and management.
	•	Hardware-agnostic & fast to deploy—installs in hours, re-using the meters and PLCs you already own.

Impact so far
	•	120 MW+ connected load across 100+ large Indian sites
	•	Up to 30 % energy-cost savings with payback < 6 months
	•	10 billion+ tagged data points continuously sharpening our models
	•	Trusted by leading manufacturing industrial groups across India.
