Ali Novaldi

Ali Novaldi is currently the Head of Market for Indonesia at Zespri International, where they manage operations to ensure both short-term and long-term profitability. With extensive experience in sales and business development, Ali previously held positions such as Business Development Manager and Key Account Manager at Johnson & Johnson Indonesia. They also served as a District Sales Manager at PT. Beiersdorf Indonesia and held various roles early in their career, including Sales Executive and Operation Manager. Ali earned a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management from the University of Indonesia, complementing their foundation in Mechanical Engineering.
