Tim Lloyd

Tim Lloyd has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Tim began their career in 2000 as a Customer Service Technician at TelstraClear, and later worked as a Support Analyst at Datacom. In 2003, they joined Australasian Courier Group as a Senior Support Analyst and Team Leader. From 2004 to 2009, Tim worked at Siemens IT Solutions and Services Ltd in the UK, where they served as an Operations Manager. In 2009, they became an Authorised Financial Adviser at Lloyds Insurance Limited, where they provided financial advice to clients and managed the business. In 2012, Tim joined Ballance Agri-Nutrients Ltd and held various roles including Business Support Team Leader, Project Manager, Acting IT Manager, Infrastructure Manager, Acting Channel Manager, and Operations and Commercial Manager. Most recently, they worked at Zespri International as the Head of Digital Operations starting from 2020. Throughout their career, Tim has demonstrated skills in IT operations, project management, vendor negotiation, and business engagement.

Tim Lloyd earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management from The University of Waikato in 2017. Prior to that, they completed a National Certificate in Financial Services at The Open Polytechnic of New Zealand in 2011 and received their Master Association of Accounting Technicians degree from Premier Training UK in 2009. Tim also holds a Diploma in Computer Engineering from the Central Institute of Technology, which they obtained in 2000. Tim has an additional certification as a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) from ISACA.
