Richard Sheldon has over two decades of experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as the Head of Connectivity and Cloud at Zest4 since May 2013. In this role, Richard focuses on providing tools for customers to enhance their organizations through efficient telecom solutions. Prior to Zest4, Richard held the position of Service Delivery Manager at the same company, where responsibilities included ensuring high service levels for a diverse range of clients. Richard's earlier experience includes serving as Technical Support Manager at Shine Telecom, overseeing operational functions, project management, and supplier negotiations, as well as a role as Installations Team/Reseller Account Manager at Eurocall/Your Communications, where initial responsibilities involved managing installations and coordinating engineering efforts.
