Manish Shara

Manish Shara has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of product management and entrepreneurship. Manish is currently the Co-founder and CEO of ZET, previously known as OneCode, since 2020. Prior to this, they worked at dineout.co.in as the Product Head, responsible for leading a team of 4 Product Managers and overseeing the web, mobile apps, and CMS platform for DineOut. Manish successfully implemented Agile Product Squads, resulting in a 50% improvement in the development cycle, and introduced a culture of A/B experimentation. From 2015 to 2016, Manish served as a Product Manager and Growth Hacker at dineout.co.in.

Before their role at dineout.co.in, Manish worked at Timescity as a Product Manager - Monetization from 2014 to 2015. In 2013, they founded Offermandi.com and served as its Founder until 2014. Additionally, Manish has co-founded and served as CEO of RR Technologies from 2012 to 2013. Manish also worked as a Business Analyst at Tarantula.net from April 2012 to September 2012.

Prior to that, Manish had a role as a Business Analyst at B24esolutions from November 2011 to May 2012. In this position, they engaged with overseas clients, gathered project requirements, and prepared project documentation. Manish also created wireframes and flowcharts using tools like Axure and MS Visio. Manish Shara started their education at Air Force School from 2005 to 2007, where they pursued their Senior Secondary studies with a focus on Science & Maths. Following this, they attended Rajasthan Technical University from 2007 to 2011, where they earned their Bachelor's of Technology degree with a specialization in Computer Science.
