Faina Cherdak, MSHRM, currently serves as a Senior Associate in People Operations at Zeta Suite since November 2021. Additionally, Faina has been an Independent Consultant focusing on public speaking coaching since August 2017. Prior experience includes working as a Human Resources Specialist at BlackRock from November 2019 to May 2021, and roles such as Program Coordinator at Camp Tawonga, Hostess at Tonys Pizza Napoletana, and Executive Intern at MGILCO. Faina holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from California State University, Northridge. Faina also pursued further training at The Meisner Technique Studio and attended Jewish Community High School of the Bay.
