Andre Förster is an experienced project lead in industrialization currently overseeing the largest 800V inverter project at ZF Group. They have previously worked as a project engineer at YASKAWA Europe, where they created concepts and simulations for automated robot cells and production lines. At ZF Group, Andre has held multiple roles, including leading industrialization activities across Germany, Serbia, and Mexico, and managing digital transformation projects at the Auerbach production plant. Andre completed an apprenticeship in Mechatronics at Continental AG before earning a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Hochschule Ansbach - University of Applied Sciences.
