Brian Baker is an experienced and innovative Senior Engineering Manager at ZF Group, currently overseeing manufacturing operations. Previously, Brian worked as a Mechanical Engineer at NTK Precision Axle Corporation, where responsibility included engineering induction heat treatment lines and leading new product activities. Brian has also contributed to academia as a Laboratory Assistant at Ball State University and completed a manufacturing engineering capstone project at Maxon Corporation. Holding a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Clemson University and a Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Ball State University, Brian has received recognition for innovative contributions in the field, including winning ZF's global Excellence Award.
