Brian Head is a transformational EHS executive with over 25 years of experience leading global strategy in environmental, health, and safety management. They held various positions at Meridian Automotive Systems from 2000 to 2008, where they created and managed EHS programs for a Tier I automotive supplier. From 2008 to 2010, Brian managed EHS and security functions at TRW and later served as Division EHS Lead at ZF Group from 2019 to 2023, coordinating strategies for 49 global sites. Currently, Brian is the Director of Environmental, Health, and Safety for North and South America at ZF Group, where they shape global EHS strategy for over 63 sites and 46,000 employees. Brian earned a degree in Environmental Science and Management from Indiana University Bloomington.
