Daniela Rupp

Daniela Rupp is the Director of Corporate Labor Law and HR Compliance at ZF Group, where they have been instrumental in establishing and leading the Labor Law division in Germany since 2021. Prior to this role, Daniela was the Head of the Labor Law Division at ZF Friedrichshafen AG from 2012 to 2021. Their legal career began as an attorney at the Verband der Metall- und Elektroindustrie des Saarlandes e.V. from 2008 to 2012. Daniela completed their law degree at the Universität des Saarlandes and furthered their education with a second state examination at the Landgericht Kaiserslautern.
