Dhamotharan G has over 12 years of experience in the Plant Maintenance Department, specializing in predictive and preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis. They began their career as a Field Engineer at Sundaram Clayton Limited and later served as a Mechanical Engineer. Dhamotharan has also held positions as an Industrial Maintenance Specialist at Endurance Technologies Ltd. and a Technical Service Engineer at S & T Engineers (P) Ltd. Currently, they are a Senior Mechanical Engineer at ZF Group while pursuing a Bachelor of Technology in Smart Manufacturing through BITS Pilani Work Integrated Learning Programs, having previously earned a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from GMS MAVMM Polytechnic College.
