Fernando Ramirez

Fernando Ramirez is an accomplished engineering manager currently leading the Software Engineering group at ZF Group since March 2022, focusing on the new R&D center in Monterrey, Mexico. Prior to ZF Group, Fernando held various leadership roles at Continental from May 2018 to March 2022, where a passion for empowering people was central to their leadership style. Fernando's extensive experience includes a significant tenure at GE Aviation from July 2007 to May 2018, where responsibilities spanned from team management to project supervision and software testing for critical real-time systems. Earlier, Fernando contributed to operations at Storecheck from May 2006 to July 2007. Fernando holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey and has also attended the University of Cincinnati.
