Mark Fields

Mark Fields has a diverse background with extensive experience in military service and technical roles. Serving in the Tennessee Army National Guard 278th ACR from March 1985 to April 2009, Mark retired as a First Lieutenant after deployments in Iraq and various locations in Tennessee. Mark worked as a Quality Manager at Clayton Homes from July 1988 to September 1992, ensuring compliance with HUD and NEC standards. Since June 2004, Mark has been a Hazardous Materials Technician with the U.S. Army and Hawkins County Emergency Management Team, holding Technician Level certification after completing three 80-hour courses. In addition, Mark has worked at TRW since October 1992 as a Metallurgical Technician, overseeing material inspections and machine processes, while also fulfilling various roles including Quality Technician and QS 9000 Auditor. Mark holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Industrial Engineering from East Tennessee State University and an Associate of Science in Engineering Technology from Walters State Community College.
