Michael Schöps is the Manager of R&D for the Heavy-Duty eMotor Portfolio, currently leading global projects focused on heavy-duty eMotor development. They have previously served as an Engineering Manager and Technical Project Manager for eMotors at ZF Group, where they transformed their expertise from the transmission sector to eDrive powertrains. Michael also held the role of Project Manager and Design Engineer for industrial torque converters at ZF, significantly contributing to product development and establishing a strong network within the off-highway technology sector. They completed a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Environmental and Bioengineering (Energy Technology) at Universität Bayreuth.
