Mike O'Connor is currently a Manager for the North America Continuous Improvement Group at ZF Group, where they have led initiatives that resulted in significant cost savings and quality improvements since 2008. They are also a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt and a Shainin Master Candidate Problem Solver at ZF Group since 2017. Mike is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with a Management Minor at Kettering University.
