Norbert Eibes

Norbert Eibes possesses extensive experience in engineering and management, beginning with a role as Technischer Leiter at Barry Controls GmbH from June 1991 to September 1992, where responsibilities included development, design, manufacturing, and application technology. Eibes then served in various managerial positions, including Technical & Sales Director and Vertriebsleiter at Barry Controls from October 1992 to November 1996, overseeing clients in aerospace, industry, and defense. From December 1996 to May 1997, Eibes held the position of Vertriebsleiter at Fabreeka GmbH, playing a key role in the establishment of the company. At ZF Friedrichshafen from February 1998 to December 2008, Eibes worked as Product Manager, Marketing Manager, and Key Account Manager, notably supporting General Motors and contributing to the establishment of a new branch in Shanghai. Eibes holds a Diplom-Ingenieur in Mechanical Engineering from FH Wiesbaden and a Vordiplom in Mechanical Engineering from TH Darmstadt.
